In the 44th minute, one of RockCity F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for RockCity F.C.. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

If Zunbeltz Parra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonides Emeterio in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Uncal saved RockCity F.C. from getting behind. Nestor Magdaleno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damián Díaz in the 78th minute of the match. Nestor Magdaleno made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zunbeltz Parra in the 79th minute. Agustín Dalaje fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Magdaleno having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cornelio Ubarna during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
