After a rather tough play, Amager FC's Micki Arnø got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Sofus Brynald charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sofus Brynald the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Legacy Youth Academy booed when Amager FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sofus Brynald didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute, Fabian Rosio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 11th minute, Toke Gelin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 14 minutes into the game, Arnulfo Udalaitz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Legacy Youth Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Amager FC the free kick. When Nigel Weinschenck came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Amager FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nigel Weinschenck couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Toke Gelin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Amager FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Toke Gelin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ovidio Fe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cirilo Gaztea's late challenge caught a Amager FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cirilo Gaztea helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th minute, Cirilo Gaztea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Legacy Youth Academy's Jeremias Moise got a free kick in the 28th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Amager FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Moise came free, but Frank Kliving reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabian Rosio scored 1-0 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Frank Kliving, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 37th minute, Bernard Gerlings left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Amager FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 45th match minute, Amager FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Micki Arnø to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Jeremias Moise put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Frank Kliving. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jeremias Moise was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Jeremias Moise was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Legacy Youth Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Amager FC the free kick. In the 51st minute, Jeremias Moise hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 53rd minute, Hasse Ulriksholm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 54th minute, Nigel Weinschenck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernard Gerlings recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Amager FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Nikolai Maack hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the match, Amager FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Rosio came free, but Frank Kliving reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute of the match Legacy Youth Academy got a corner. Amager FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fabian Rosio ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Jonatan Marin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Amager FC's Frank Kliving did a great save. Fabian Rosio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Kliving having to interfere. After 71 played minutes Legacy Youth Academy got a freekick which was hit by Igor Cordera. If Jeremias Moise had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabian Rosio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Kliving having to interfere. Fabian Rosio might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Frank Kliving. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabian Rosio ran back to his position shaking his head. Legacy Youth Academy succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Amager FC had controlled the match.
