The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Wim Rosenthal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Bautista Urruti made a huge save. Bastiaan Hußmann kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. ReyPoxo's Rufio Caballero couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 54th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ulfa FSV. Dorio Sobera lost his temper 57 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Theodor Lauf prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 69 minutes into the game, Benvide Harroyo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ReyPoxo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ulfa FSV the free kick. The supporters of Ulfa FSV booed when ReyPoxo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benvide Harroyo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute, Dieter Beer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bautista Urruti was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Wim Rosenthal kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After 78 minutes of play, ReyPoxo's Servando Dorado made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
