Spectators: 158 (Terracing: 119, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Lucas Iratze started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the game, Dave Drescher was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fire Devils's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guanacos the free kick. After 4 played minutes Fire Devils got a freekick which was hit by Dave Drescher. After 8 minutes, Aristides Perez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guanacos and the Fire Devils players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Guanacos getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Aristides Perez hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Fire Devils's Roman Bergmann got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 14th minute Eustacio Lamberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andre Quessy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evelio Havier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andre Quessy having to interfere. In the 17th match minute, Guanacos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliberto Shantala to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Guanacos's Teobaldo Aimar got a free kick in the 19th minute. After 25 played minutes Fire Devils got a freekick which was hit by Roman Bergmann. If Dave Drescher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andre Quessy didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 31st minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruben Bernat got free with Andre Quessy in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Andre Quessy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruben Bernat in the 36th minute. Andre Quessy was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ruben Bernat showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 37 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Lucas Iratze managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guanacos's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucas Iratze was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andre Quessy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 62 minutes of play, Guanacos's Ruben Bernat made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andre Quessy was left in no man's land by his defense there! Guanacos's Candido Meder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loris Wey in the 66th minute of play. Andre Quessy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Iratze, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pawel Bouchard during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 69th match minute, Fire Devils was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pawel Bouchard to maneuver through the defense. Roman Bergmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Candido Meder having to interfere. Fire Devils's Linus Egemann shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 75th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Candido Meder but with some difficulty. In the 77th minute, Lucas Iratze got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fire Devils's Roman Bergmann got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruben Bernat in the 81st minute of play forced Fire Devils's goalkeeper Andre Quessy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute, Rodolfo Mino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andre Quessy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruben Bernat in the 97th minute of the match. 99 minutes into the match, Fire Devils's goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Bernat came free, but Andre Quessy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guanacos's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
