Sanson Seseña started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sanson Seseña got free with Guaberto Orlandus in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Roberto Abreu kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Guaberto Orlandus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Lorencio in the 12th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the game, Pendex's Marcelino Ermengol nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Markvincent Armendariz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Markvincent Armendariz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roque Felipo's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Vinicio Azubeli took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Markvincent Armendariz. Markvincent Armendariz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sanson Seseña in the 28th minute of play forced Pendex's goalkeeper Guaberto Orlandus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Pendex booed when Villa Roca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sanson Seseña didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 38th minute Roberto Abreu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Markvincent Armendariz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Markvincent Armendariz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roque Felipo, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute, Villa Roca's Ospin Cantu seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ospin Cantu the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Villa Roca protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ospin Cantu had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Villa Roca fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 44th minute. Penalty! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Markvincent Armendariz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto Abreu, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. A collision led to Villa Roca getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Gervasio Lorencio hit a great ball. In the 67th minute, Pendex's Roque Felipo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Markvincent Armendariz. Markvincent Armendariz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. Pendex's Abel Bermudez was substituted for Roque Felipo. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Abel Bermudez put it in 1-7 from a short distance just to the right of Markvincent Armendariz. Villa Roca's Markvincent Armendariz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinicio Azubeli in the 77th minute of play. Villa Roca's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Abel Bermudez scored to the left of an out of position Markvincent Armendariz, making the score, 1-8. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Roberto Abreu took a quick shot and it went in 1-9 without a chance for Markvincent Armendariz to make any attempt to save it. In the 89th minute, Pendex's Abel Bermudez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-10. 92 minutes into the match, Villa Roca's goalkeeper Markvincent Armendariz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abel Bermudez. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roberto Abreu got free with Markvincent Armendariz in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Villa Roca fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Pendex were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
