Enzo Salas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Evelio Crispo having to make a save. Evelio Crispo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Salas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enzo Salas scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Evelio Crispo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Enzo Salas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Evelio Crispo having to make a save. In the 10th minute Enzo Salas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evelio Crispo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 14 minutes of play, Internacional Pechofrío's Enzo Salas made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evelio Crispo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Enzo Salas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Evelio Crispo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Feliu Gipils charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Feliu Gipils the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd match minute, Internacional Pechofrío was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliu Gipils to maneuver through the defense. Evelio Crispo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Salas in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Salas in the 26th minute of play forced Club Atletico Juanita's goalkeeper Evelio Crispo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ted Lasso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeledon Breogan in the 29th minute of the match. When Matias Fe fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atletico Juanita's protests and gave Matias Fe a yellow card for diving instead. In the 30th minute, Matias Fe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zayvion Calzada recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Juanita's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Salas came free, but Evelio Crispo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd match minute, Club Atletico Juanita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anibal Maidana to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Internacional Pechofrío were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enzo Salas was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes Club Atletico Juanita got a freekick which was hit by Anibal Maidana. Ted Lasso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Breogan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Internacional Pechofrío's Romo Horna was substituted for Espiridion Zaera. Matias Fe got his second yellow card in the match during the 64th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Internacional Pechofrío booed when Club Atletico Juanita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matias Fe didn't get a good kick on the ball. 71 minutes into the game, Jaume Duyos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Evelio Crispo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Internacional Pechofrío's Marko Cosio got a free kick in the 76th minute. The supporters of Internacional Pechofrío booed when Club Atletico Juanita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jaume Duyos succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-6 in the 91st playminute. When the match was over Internacional Pechofrío could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Club Atletico Juanita throughout the match.
