Spectators: 166 (Terracing: 125, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Xamín Fedeghelli kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Cobresal's Mercurio Miquel seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Mercurio Miquel the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Cobresal protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Mercurio Miquel had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Mercurio Miquel kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. If Anselmo Frasquito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cobresal's Alcadio Alderete played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Demesio in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Miguel Demesio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tacheros de Buenos Aires fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Xamín Fedeghelli struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Tomás Ederono didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cobresal. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cobresal's goalkeeper Alcadio Alderete, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Xamín Fedeghelli received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tomás Ederono came out and tried to block the shot, but Xamín Fedeghelli slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 22nd minute. A collision led to Cobresal getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Albin Vidma hit a great ball. Cobresal's Alcadio Alderete played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albino Liberto in the 35th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Xamín Fedeghelli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tomás Ederono. Tacheros de Buenos Aires's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Xamín Fedeghelli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After 40 minutes of play, Cobresal's Zavier Prenafeta made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomás Ederono was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tomás Ederono came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Cobresal's Xamín Fedeghelli. But to his dismay, Xamín Fedeghelli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Albino Liberto was the one to do the kick off. Albino Liberto took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alcadio Alderete. Alcadio Alderete dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Cecilio Escandón charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cecilio Escandón the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 57th minute of the game. One of Cobresal:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tacheros de Buenos Aires:s goal. In the 59th minute there was a penalty for Tacheros de Buenos Aires. Anselmo Frasquito stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Alcadio Alderete. 4-3. Alcadio Alderete made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Frasquito in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th match minute, Tacheros de Buenos Aires was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albino Liberto to maneuver through the defense. Alcadio Alderete didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 67th minute, which inside left pole to 4-4. Tacheros de Buenos Aires's Tomás Ederono played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xamín Fedeghelli in the 71st minute of play. After having played for 74 minutes, Anselmo Frasquito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tacheros de Buenos Aires's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anselmo Frasquito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mauro Videl hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After 76 played minutes, Cobresal's Próspero Madrigal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tomás Ederono came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cobresal reached it. After having played for 78 minutes, Xamín Fedeghelli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cobresal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xamín Fedeghelli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alcadio Alderete was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Albino Liberto capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Albino Liberto really showed his touch with that goal: 4-5. In the 98th minute, Victoriano Martinez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 99th minute of the match Eriberto Pincheira shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tomás Ederono showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
