In the 12th minute, 梅克晨 reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Samuca da Costa. The goal made the score 2-0. Samuca da Costa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 康雄杰's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Qingdao Huanghai Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Raúl Sá came free, but 罗霖默 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Qingdao Huanghai Fc's Samuca da Costa threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from 孟朗宽, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 孟朗宽 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Samuca da Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Samuca da Costa as he didn't even see the shot coming. The supporters of Qingdao Huanghai Fc booed when Mosqueteiros 4EVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raúl Sá didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 康雄杰 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Mosqueteiros 4EVER's Maurício Braga got a free kick in the 50th minute. Samuca da Costa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 康雄杰, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Mosqueteiros 4EVER fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Samuca da Costa should have stopped the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mosqueteiros 4EVER players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Qingdao Huanghai Fc.
