Jonathan Feo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jose Refugio's shot from short distance in the 2nd minute. Timoteo Jenaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Bastia having to interfere. Jonathan Feo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Refugio, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's Jonathan Feo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Refugio in the 12th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Yupandú FC's goal looked a bit too open when Timoteo Bertran came free, but Luis Bastia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Timoteo Bertran charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Timoteo Bertran the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Yupandú FC booed when C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timoteo Bertran didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 30 minutes of play, Yupandú FC's Teo Fero made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Feo was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 34 played minutes C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Nestor Turi. Feliberto Abechuco hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Nestor Turi kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Marciano Maidana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Timoteo Bertran hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Jose Refugio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Hermengildo Dantel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Luis Bastia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hermengildo Dantel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Feo didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 59th minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. Teofilo Izel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Jonathan Feo made a huge save. In the 71st minute, Timoteo Jenaro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. A well placed Jose Refugio short distance shot in the 81st minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. Vinicio Bertran kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Jonathan Feo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jose Refugio in the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Yupandú FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
