Juliano Freire kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antal Havas in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexandre Mendonça prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 19 minutes into the game, Juliano Freire cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Kristóf Császár was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kristóf Császár made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Germano Rocha in the 28th minute of play. After 29 minutes, Nándor Karsai mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Edelényi Bányász and the AM United players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29th minute, Nándor Karsai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kristóf Császár took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juliano Freire, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes in the game, Antal Havas fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Alexandre Mendonça having to interfere. Antal Havas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 36 played minutes AM United got a freekick which was hit by Normando Lameiras. After having played for 38 minutes, Germano Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AM United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Germano Rocha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Antal Havas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Alexandre Mendonça made a huge save. After having played for 42 minutes, Germano Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AM United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Germano Rocha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Laureano Gueifão managed to get in a good position for a shot. AM United's supporters rose to their feet, but Laureano Gueifão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristóf Császár breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

A collision led to AM United getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Lisandro Mourinho hit a great ball. When Edelényi Bányász's Tamás Lőrincz in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AM United's goalie prevented a goal. During the 56th minute of the match Normando Lameiras completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The supporters of Edelényi Bányász booed when AM United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Normando Lameiras didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th minute, Lisandro Mourinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexandre Mendonça showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Havas, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 61 minutes into the match, AM United's Germano Rocha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kristóf Császár narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in AM United's zone, Ádám Sárközi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexandre Mendonça came out of the goal and Ádám Sárközi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Edelényi Bányász's Kristóf Császár got control of the ball when Germano Rocha tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Germano Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antal Havas struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Alexandre Mendonça didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Edelényi Bányász. Zsolt Kovács hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Germano Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Kristóf Császár tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Heitor Montenegro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juliano Freire scored 0-3 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kristóf Császár, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Edelényi Bányász's Kristóf Császár proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Edelényi Bányász from getting a goal against them. Lisandro Mourinho hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 96th match minute, AM United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lisandro Mourinho to maneuver through the defense. AM United's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
