GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's Fatih İlkin got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ahmet Bakkalbaşıoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the match, Bahía é Carnaval's goalkeeper Pablo Teofilio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kunter Ulus. Hayrullah Ağcabey came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Bahía é Carnaval's Alvaro Ishmael. But to his dismay, Alvaro Ishmael quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some careless play in the GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR defense, Alvaro Ishmael kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hayrullah Ağcabey. The GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hayrullah Ağcabey should have stopped the shot. In the 44th match minute, Bahía é Carnaval was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvaro Ishmael to maneuver through the defense. Bahía é Carnaval's Pablo Teofilio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Bahía é Carnaval from getting a goal against them.

Camilo Salvator charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Camilo Salvator the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pablo Teofilio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Alvaro Ishmael took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Hayrullah Ağcabey to make any attempt to save it. Hayrullah Ağcabey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Ishmael, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Bahía é Carnaval's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Ekrem Ilgın came free, but Pablo Teofilio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 70 played minutes Bahía é Carnaval got a freekick which was hit by Melchor Nayely. Pablo Teofilio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fatih İlkin in the 74th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Bahía é Carnaval's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Erdem Yalınç came free, but Pablo Teofilio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute Kunter Ulus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pablo Teofilio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 78 minutes into the game, when Rigoberto Fe put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 77th minute of the game. One of Bahía é Carnaval:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR:s goal. The referee gave GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR a penalty, 80 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Hüsmen Çırak, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Bahía é Carnaval's Pablo Teofilio. 2-3. Pablo Teofilio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Bakkalbaşıoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Bahía é Carnaval booed when GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eray Necati didn't get a good kick on the ball. Froilan Gau took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hayrullah Ağcabey. Bahía é Carnaval's Pablo Teofilio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Bakkalbaşıoğlu in the 92nd minute of play. Pablo Teofilio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fatih İlkin went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score.
