A collision led to THE FAVOURITES getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Rafal Chodzinski hit a great ball. In the 12th match minute, Fly T.T was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Coy Whitney to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Fly T.T's zone, Lucjan Madajczyk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brant Shirley came out of the goal and Lucjan Madajczyk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Diodore Zepeda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Sebastian Zawada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Arnaud Lachapelle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpected shot in the 26th minute by Diodore Zepeda got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 30th match minute, THE FAVOURITES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafal Chodzinski to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Fly T.T booed when THE FAVOURITES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herbert Kolba didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diodore Zepeda got free with Sebastian Zawada in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Santiago Starnes was the one to do the kick off. If Daniel Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 55 played minutes Fly T.T got a freekick which was hit by Coy Whitney. In the 58th match minute, THE FAVOURITES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miromir Harbaszewski to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st match minute, THE FAVOURITES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fryderyk Gniewek to maneuver through the defense. When Arnaud Lachapelle fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fly T.T's protests and gave Arnaud Lachapelle a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Fly T.T's Arnaud Lachapelle got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 74th minute, Fly T.T's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniel Barna fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Sebastian Zawada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaud Lachapelle in the 77th minute of play. Sebastian Zawada didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Santiago Starnes went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 91 minutes into the match, THE FAVOURITES's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Starnes came free, but Sebastian Zawada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Daniel Barna took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Brant Shirley to make any attempt to save it.
