Eurico Figueira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Gremio Viana booed when 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Pellmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adelino Lopes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Lemmy Stecher tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adelino Lopes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Lemmy Stecher when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Eurico Figueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claes Kirn in the 26th minute of the match. Dércio Calado charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dércio Calado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Gremio Viana's Dércio Calado got a free kick in the 28th minute. If Adelino Lopes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Moritz Lenke stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Claes Kirn might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eurico Figueira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claes Kirn ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Filipe Quinaz sped through 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lemmy Stecher. When Filipe Quinaz came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Gremio Viana fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filipe Quinaz couldn't finish the play. 60 minutes into the match, Gremio Viana's goal looked a bit too open when Moritz Lenke came free, but Eurico Figueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. During the 70th minute of the match Moritz Lenke completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Moritz Lenke a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's Moritz Lenke got a free kick in the 70th minute. Lemmy Stecher stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adelino Lopes's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Rui Aguas kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. When Eike Bock fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's protests and gave Eike Bock a yellow card for diving instead. After 76 played minutes 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz got a freekick which was hit by Eike Bock. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
