After 2 played minutes Türk Polis Gücü got a freekick which was hit by Abdulkerim Sudi. With a little luck, Türk Polis Gücü's Ziya Sartık got control of the ball when Joel Bagge tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Türk Polis Gücü getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Batıray Batüralp hit a great ball. Ziya Sartık had great luck who in the 10thth minute grab hold of the ball when Joel Bagge from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 14 minutes into the match, Sledgehammer KO's Joachim Nyström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ziya Sartık narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 17 minutes into the match, Sledgehammer KO's goal looked a bit too open when Gazanfer İcmal came free, but Peter Vesterberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Joel Bagge took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Ziya Sartık to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of Türk Polis Gücü booed when Sledgehammer KO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pontus Törnqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Peter Vesterberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Batıray Batüralp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes into the match, Sledgehammer KO's goal looked a bit too open when Gazanfer İcmal came free, but Peter Vesterberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peter Vesterberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdulkerim Sudi in the 45th minute of play. After 45 played minutes Sledgehammer KO got a freekick which was hit by George Sellberg. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Joel Bagge made the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Gustav Sundberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Türk Polis Gücü's Ziya Sartık was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Türk Polis Gücü's Abdulkerim Sudi got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Ziya Sartık showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustav Sundberg in the 56th minute of the match. After 59 minutes, Pontus Törnqvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sledgehammer KO and the Türk Polis Gücü players grew even worse after the yellow card. Pontus Törnqvist hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cumali Kayansel in the 62nd minute of play forced Sledgehammer KO's goalkeeper Peter Vesterberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 65 played minutes Sledgehammer KO got a freekick which was hit by Pontus Törnqvist. Türk Polis Gücü's Necaettin Sahir was substituted for Gazanfer İcmal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Bagge in the 73rd minute of play forced Türk Polis Gücü's goalkeeper Ziya Sartık to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peter Vesterberg was a little too slow when Cumali Kayansel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 1-1. When Mürsel Oğurata came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Türk Polis Gücü fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mürsel Oğurata couldn't finish the play. Torgny Biörkman kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Türk Polis Gücü's Abdulkerim Sudi was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 93rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Türk Polis Gücü had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
