Yeşilköyspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Bahadırhan Önateş was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wiktor Dudkowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wiktor Dudkowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Clodoveo Ponce made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ovando Vera in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Acun Tandan saved Yeşilköyspor from getting behind. After 57 minutes, Ovando Vera made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Yeşilköyspor's Acun Tandan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luo Ke Xiang got free with Wiktor Dudkowski in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
