With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anders Havreland prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 7th minute, one of Lavindsgaarde FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lavindsgaarde FC. In the 8th minute there was a penalty for Zuberbühler FC. Venancio Calisto stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Anders Havreland. 0-1. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lavindsgaarde FC's goalkeeper Anders Havreland, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Anders Havreland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saul Baumer in the 15th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Saul Baumer in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anders Havreland saved Lavindsgaarde FC from getting behind. When Saul Baumer came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Zuberbühler FC fans jumped to their feet. Zuberbühler FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 45 played minutes Zuberbühler FC got a freekick which was hit by Eugenio Gabon. The supporters of Lavindsgaarde FC booed when Zuberbühler FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugenio Gabon didn't get a good kick on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Saul Baumer made a kick off. Anders Havreland stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saul Baumer's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Anders Havreland made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonathan Iruinea in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Baumer in the 71st minute of play forced Lavindsgaarde FC's goalkeeper Anders Havreland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
