In the 4th minute, Cengizhan Baycan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 6 minutes into the match, Wellington Pires had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bran Allison. Cactos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wellington Pires was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After some careless play in the Austra VFC defense, Emerson Guedes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Raffael Quiroga. The Austra VFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Raffael Quiroga should have stopped the shot. Cengizhan Baycan took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raffael Quiroga. Raffael Quiroga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 18th minute, Ademir Rodrigues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leandro Vianna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bran Allison read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Austra VFC's Raffael Quiroga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cengizhan Baycan in the 20th minute of play. Bran Allison took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro Vianna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bran Allison made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Wellington Pires sent off a good shot on target. Raffael Quiroga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cengizhan Baycan in the 26th minute of play. In the last second Bran Allison throw himself and got hold of the ball when Leandro Vianna in the 28thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Austra VFC's Raffael Quiroga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cengizhan Baycan in the 29th minute of play. Raffael Quiroga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emerson Guedes, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wellington Pires in the 33rd minute of play forced Cactos's goalkeeper Bran Allison to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wellington Pires's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bran Allison read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. The Cactos fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Cactos's Cengizhan Baycan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 39 minutes into the match, Cactos's goal looked a bit too open when Wellington Pires came free, but Bran Allison reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bran Allison was out of position in the 46 minute of play, and Wellington Pires capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Wellington Pires really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wellington Pires was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Cengizhan Baycan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raffael Quiroga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cengizhan Baycan struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Raffael Quiroga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cactos. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoriano Loreto in the 76th minute of play forced Austra VFC's goalkeeper Raffael Quiroga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 84 minutes of play, Cactos's Luisinho Maciel made it 3-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raffael Quiroga was left in no man's land by his defense there! Raffael Quiroga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisinho Maciel in the 86th minute of the match.
