Club Ibiza were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Xie Bin Wei took the corner. Bruno Fonso might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eduardo Arnas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bruno Fonso ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 10th minute Bruno Fonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Arnas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eduardo Arnas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Fonso in the 11th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bruno Fonso in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eduardo Arnas saved ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ from getting behind. 13 minutes into the game, Club Ibiza's Bruno Fonso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eduardo Arnas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The supporters of Club Ibiza booed when ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio Nabar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Club Ibiza were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Xie Bin Wei took the corner. After taking down the ball on Club Ibiza's corner Bruno Fonso fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Eduardo Arnas quite easily take care of the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Rene Higuita successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 30 minutes, Herminio Frasquito mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ and the Club Ibiza players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 30th match minute, ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herminio Frasquito to maneuver through the defense. If Bruno Fonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eduardo Arnas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Fonso in the 31st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Bruno Fonso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Ibiza's supporters rose to their feet, but Bruno Fonso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eduardo Arnas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's goalkeeper Eduardo Arnas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Club Ibiza's Bruno Fonso in the 49th minute got a chance for a shot 49th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's goalie prevented a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 52nd minute, Bruno Fonso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eduardo Arnas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. 56 minutes into the game, Bruno Fonso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Eduardo Arnas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Club Ibiza made a substitution. Sidney Pimenta replaced Bruno Fonso. Club Ibiza's Tony Thanos was substituted for Millrick Hevia. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Sidney Pimenta sped through ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eduardo Arnas. ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's Arnaldo Cresconio was substituted for Mauricio Gartzea. In the 70th minute, Sidney Pimenta made a precise shot to the right of Eduardo Arnas. ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. In the 73rd minute, Lucio Nabar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-7. In the 80th play minute Sidney Pimenta came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Eduardo Arnas. 1-8. 83 minutes into the match, Club Ibiza's Sidney Pimenta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eduardo Arnas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lucio Nabar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 88th minute, Adrián Czornomaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eduardo Arnas came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Ibiza's Sidney Pimenta. But to his dismay, Sidney Pimenta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-9. After 93 minutes of play ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's Herminio Frasquito was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Herminio Frasquito hit a great ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Club Ibiza had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
