Davide Giacomozzi thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished 史默晨, a very annoying self made goal in the 17th minute which led to 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karl-Ove Rolfsson in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 史默晨 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FCSB CUENCA's 史默晨 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Ove Rolfsson in the 22nd minute of play. Jan Lindström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Francisco Sanches, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. FCSB CUENCA's 史默晨 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Ove Rolfsson in the 28th minute of play. In the 33rd minute Ceferino Gomar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Lindström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chet Baker in the 36th minute of play forced FCSB CUENCA's goalkeeper 史默晨 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan Lindström made an important save on a dangerous shot by João Francisco Sanches in the 36th minute. Samuel Dracena kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 44th match minute, FCSB CUENCA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leif Röd to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Matias Santikurtz to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Frinnaryd getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Karl-Ove Rolfsson hit a great ball. 史默晨 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Ove Rolfsson in the 52nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Egil Sjögren got free with 史默晨 in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 史默晨 was out of position in the 82 minute of play, and Karl-Ove Rolfsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Karl-Ove Rolfsson really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. After 89 played minutes FCSB CUENCA got a freekick which was hit by Mergildo Fuente. After having played for 90 minutes, Karl-Ove Rolfsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Frinnaryd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karl-Ove Rolfsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, FCSB CUENCA's goalkeeper 史默晨 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl-Ove Rolfsson. In the 95th minute, João Francisco Sanches got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Frinnaryd players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
