Spectators: 172 (Terracing: 130, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) Merusca F&P's Florian Capasso started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Florian Capasso might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Laurențiu Susara. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florian Capasso ran back to his position shaking his head. 6 minutes into the match, Saronida FC's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Capasso came free, but Laurențiu Susara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mauro-Facundo Buffon came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Saronida FC's Valerios Voutsas. But to his dismay, Valerios Voutsas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The audience was convinced that Valerios Voutsas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mauro-Facundo Buffon was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valerios Voutsas in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mauro-Facundo Buffon saved Merusca F&P from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Florian Capasso in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Laurențiu Susara prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Merusca F&P's Mauro-Facundo Buffon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Merusca F&P from getting a goal against them. In the 27th minute, Florian Capasso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Merusca F&P fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 31st minute of the game Vassilis Vouzas made a throw-in which Karl-Heinz Schneider played forward. Valerios Voutsas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mauro-Facundo Buffon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Merusca F&P's Florian Capasso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Laurențiu Susara narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 42 minutes into the match, Merusca F&P's goal looked a bit too open when Valerios Voutsas came free, but Mauro-Facundo Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Florian Capasso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Merusca F&P's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Valerios Voutsas scored to the left of an out of position Mauro-Facundo Buffon, making the score, 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

52 minutes into the match, Merusca F&P's goal looked a bit too open when Valerios Voutsas came free, but Mauro-Facundo Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Merusca F&P's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Karl-Heinz Schneider was slow to take the kick. During this time Saronida FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Saronida FC's Karl-Heinz Schneider to fire away a dangerous shot which Mauro-Facundo Buffon despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Mauro-Facundo Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valerios Voutsas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Florian Capasso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Saronida FC made a substitution. Panos Kabourakos replaced Isidoros Karastathis. Merusca F&P made a substitution. Hélder Fonseca replaced Florian Capasso. Merusca F&P's Mauro-Facundo Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jânio Medeiros in the 68th minute of play. After 69 played minutes Saronida FC got a freekick which was hit by Egil Siöberg. Merusca F&P made a substitution. Marcinho Sabóia replaced Fumanchu Ponta. Mauro-Facundo Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jânio Medeiros in the 76th minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, Saronida FC's Jânio Medeiros nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mauro-Facundo Buffon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. 85 minutes into the match, Merusca F&P's goal looked a bit too open when Jânio Medeiros came free, but Mauro-Facundo Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laurențiu Susara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hélder Fonseca in the 86th minute of the match. 86 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Merusca F&P's Hélder Fonseca fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. When Jânio Medeiros came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Saronida FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jânio Medeiros couldn't finish the play. Karl-Heinz Schneider's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mauro-Facundo Buffon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Saronida FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Karl-Heinz Schneider in the 90th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Merusca F&P's Hélder Fonseca slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Laurențiu Susara. That made the score 3-2 after 92 minutes of play. In the 96th minute, Hélder Fonseca made a precise shot to the right of Laurențiu Susara. Saronida FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
