With a little luck, Vista Alegre FC's Ronaldo de Moraes got control of the ball when Sjaak Degens tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tudor Mihoc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Altamirano in the 5th minute of play. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Buitenhout FC's goalie and right to Luiz Gustavo Vergílio. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Buitenhout FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. If Rodrigo Altamirano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 25 played minutes Buitenhout FC got a freekick which was hit by Gerald den Hertogh. In the 26th minute Rodrigo Altamirano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tudor Mihoc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Rodrigo Altamirano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ronaldo de Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferry Hebels in the 44th minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Gerald den Hertogh ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ronaldo de Moraes was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
After a rather tough play, Buitenhout FC's Ferry Hebels got a free kick in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Altamirano in the 54th minute of play forced Buitenhout FC's goalkeeper Tudor Mihoc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodrigo Altamirano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Tudor Mihoc made a huge save. Ronaldo de Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yorrick Hekman in the 58th minute of play. Ronaldo de Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yorrick Hekman, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Galen Kvick hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Rodrigo Altamirano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buitenhout FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Buitenhout FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 77th minute, when Dudu Magalhães scored to the left of an out of position Tudor Mihoc, making the score, 2-2. In the 81stth minute of the game Dudu Magalhães who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buitenhout FC's Tudor Mihoc was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferry Hebels in the 86th minute of play forced Vista Alegre FC's goalkeeper Ronaldo de Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th match minute, Vista Alegre FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luukas Van de Put to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Buitenhout FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Ted Fokkelman hit a great ball. Tudor Mihoc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dudu Magalhães, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Buitenhout FC's zone, Dudu Magalhães stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tudor Mihoc came out of the goal and Dudu Magalhães tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Vista Alegre FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
