Thanks to some nice moves Liviu Buceceanu could shoot a difficult shot in the 2nd minute, which Mekki Item however easily saved by the left post. Mekki Item took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Róbert Benkó, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bandung Tigers's goalkeeper Mekki Item, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 8th minute, Zulkarnaen Mandaga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emanuel Enoiu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 11th match minute, Armada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rivaldo Esquerdo to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th match minute, Bandung Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radomir Gajewski to maneuver through the defense. Mekki Item took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Róbert Benkó, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zulkarnaen Mandaga struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Emanuel Enoiu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bandung Tigers. 21 minutes into the match, Bandung Tigers's Zulkarnaen Mandaga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emanuel Enoiu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Teodor Ivănescu made in the 29th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Bandung Tigers's Bodo Amat. Bodo Amat kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Róbert Benkó might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mekki Item. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Róbert Benkó ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 35th minute Róbert Benkó shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mekki Item saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 39 minutes, Teodor Ivănescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Armada and the Bandung Tigers players grew even worse after the yellow card. Teodor Ivănescu kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Emanuel Enoiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zulkarnaen Mandaga, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Ştefan Grama hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Zulkarnaen Mandaga might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emanuel Enoiu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zulkarnaen Mandaga ran back to his position shaking his head. 48 minutes into the match, Armada's goal looked a bit too open when Zulkarnaen Mandaga came free, but Emanuel Enoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Armada players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bandung Tigers were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zulkarnaen Mandaga to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zulkarnaen Mandaga in the 58th minute of play forced Armada's goalkeeper Emanuel Enoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Emanuel Enoiu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rui Prates in the 62nd minute of play forced Armada's goalkeeper Emanuel Enoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leopoldo Azevedo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Emanuel Enoiu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leopoldo Azevedo got free with Emanuel Enoiu in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emanuel Enoiu made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Leopoldo Azevedo sent off a good shot on target. Radomir Gajewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bandung Tigers made a substitution. Cristian Saldanha replaced Mani Air. 75 minutes into the match, Armada's goal looked a bit too open when Nistor Popilean came free, but Emanuel Enoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bandung Tigers's Mekki Item played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Róbert Benkó in the 81st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zulkarnaen Mandaga in the 83rd minute of play forced Armada's goalkeeper Emanuel Enoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Liviu Buceceanu's late challenge caught a Bandung Tigers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Liviu Buceceanu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Bandung Tigers booed when Armada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Liviu Buceceanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Liviu Buceceanu got his second yellow card in the match during the 87th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 87 played minutes Armada got a freekick which was hit by Liviu Buceceanu. Emanuel Enoiu made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Zulkarnaen Mandaga sent off a good shot on target. Zulkarnaen Mandaga had several of the Armada's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 91 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Emanuel Enoiu as he didn't even see the shot coming. Emanuel Enoiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zulkarnaen Mandaga in the 93rd minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Bandung Tigers had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
