Jorge Reijnders started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Pezerik defense, Jorge Reijnders kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Shota Stopa. The Pezerik fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Shota Stopa should have stopped the shot. Cederik Huts showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geoffry Lefevre, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 19th minute, Jorge Reijnders got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cederik Huts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geoffry Lefevre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Jorge Reijnders managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kickers United's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorge Reijnders was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Shota Stopa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kickers United's Cederik Huts proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Kickers United from getting a goal against them. Kickers United's Tomás Firmin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Shota Stopa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Cederik Huts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geoffry Lefevre in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Benjamin Vandekerkhove hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pezerik's Geoffry Lefevre was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 44th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Geoffry Lefevre to make the kick off. Cederik Huts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul Geeraerts in the 51st minute of the match. Jorge Reijnders blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Shota Stopa having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Geeraerts in the 54th minute of play forced Kickers United's goalkeeper Cederik Huts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cederik Huts didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paul Geeraerts went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After 59 minutes Pezerik's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomás Firmin who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Tomás Firmin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Shota Stopa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 61 minutes into the match, Kickers United's goal looked a bit too open when Paul Geeraerts came free, but Cederik Huts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 71 minutes into the game, Pierrot Uyttebroeck cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Cederik Huts was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Shota Stopa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artur Leenders in the 87th minute of the match. Cederik Huts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierrot Uyttebroeck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90th minute Geoffry Lefevre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cederik Huts saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 92 minutes, Markus Van Bombergen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kickers United and the Pezerik players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 92 played minutes Kickers United got a freekick which was hit by Markus Van Bombergen. Pezerik's Sylvan Tombeurs was substituted for Wasyl Sala. Pezerik's Romain Imbereghs was substituted for Pierrot Uyttebroeck. After 93 played minutes Kickers United got a freekick which was hit by Markus Van Bombergen. In the 95th minute Romain Imbereghs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cederik Huts saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Pezerik players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
