Spectators: 188 (Terracing: 142, Seating: 43, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Celestino Eli took the kick off in the first half of the match. Joaquin Inautzi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgardo Silva's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. The corner led New England Minas's Tony Pacheco to fire away a dangerous shot which Joaquin Inautzi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Cecilio Lesardo kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. It was beautiful to see New England Minas's Glen Conklin in action when he in the 16th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 18th minute, Celestino Eli made a precise shot to the right of Jeremy Nicholas. New England Minas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 27 minutes into the match, New England Minas's Edgardo Silva sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquin Inautzi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Joaquin Inautzi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edgardo Silva showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 28 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Celestino Eli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jeremy Nicholas was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. In the 35th minute Edgardo Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Inautzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 36 minutes HFA FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Glen Conklin who took care of the corner kick. Glen Conklin made a great header on New England Minas's corner, it was just that HFA FC's Joaquin Inautzi managed to reach the ball for a save. New England Minas's Jeremy Nicholas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celestino Eli in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Celestino Eli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jeremy Nicholas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Jeremy Nicholas came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by HFA FC's Celestino Eli. But to his dismay, Celestino Eli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

The wind increased when Edgardo Silva made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Celestino Eli in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeremy Nicholas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Joaquin Inautzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tony Pacheco in the 54th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, HFA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tony Pacheco came free, but Joaquin Inautzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeremy Nicholas came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by HFA FC's Celestino Eli. But to his dismay, Celestino Eli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. HFA FC made a substitution. Anıl Berk Soysan replaced Luciano Laguna. New England Minas's Tio Lio was substituted for Edgardo Silva. New England Minas made a substitution. Hipolito Emenon replaced Jörgen Frohm. After a defensive mix-up in New England Minas's zone, Celestino Eli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeremy Nicholas came out of the goal and Celestino Eli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jeremy Nicholas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Angelino Oihan's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. The corner ended in Urbano Chumo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but New England Minas's Jeremy Nicholas did a great save. After 84 minutes of play, New England Minas's Tony Pacheco made it 2-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquin Inautzi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Celestino Eli might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jeremy Nicholas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Celestino Eli ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Celestino Eli got free with Jeremy Nicholas in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 95th minute Tony Pacheco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Inautzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
