Romulo Jon made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Alex Răduț sent off a good shot on target. 10 minutes into the match, Iulian Buciu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Romulo Jon. EL PEPO FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iulian Buciu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Alex Răduț took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Romulo Jon. Romulo Jon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After 16 minutes, Eusebiu Ştiubei mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Unicorns ™ and the EL PEPO FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eusebiu Ştiubei kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After having played for 17 minutes, Elvio Rainerio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EL PEPO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elvio Rainerio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 23rd minute Samuel Sotero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corneliu Vulpăşin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 31 minutes, Herminio Afonso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the EL PEPO FC and the Unicorns ™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Corneliu Vulpăşin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anibal Beltxe in the 34th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elvio Rainerio in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Corneliu Vulpăşin saved Unicorns ™ from getting behind. Corneliu Vulpăşin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Sotero in the 37th minute of play. After a rather tough play, EL PEPO FC's Samuel Sotero got a free kick in the 41st minute. The supporters of EL PEPO FC booed when Unicorns ™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Codrin Boc didn't get a good kick on the ball. EL PEPO FC's Gaspar Fernendo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 48th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Unicorns ™. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Elvio Rainerio to strike the kick off in the second half. Romulo Jon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Răduț in the 55th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, EL PEPO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Răduț came free, but Romulo Jon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Elvio Rainerio managed to get in a good position for a shot. EL PEPO FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Elvio Rainerio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Corneliu Vulpăşin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of EL PEPO FC booed when Unicorns ™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Codrin Boc didn't get a good kick on the ball. 63 minutes into the match, EL PEPO FC's Elvio Rainerio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Corneliu Vulpăşin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Corneliu Vulpăşin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elvio Rainerio in the 72nd minute. 2-1 became the score in the 73rd minute when Anibal Beltxe elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Herminio Afonso hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After 79 minutes, Celso Inge mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the EL PEPO FC and the Unicorns ™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, EL PEPO FC's Celso Inge got a free kick in the 80th minute. The audience was convinced that Alex Răduț's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Romulo Jon was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Romulo Jon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iulian Buciu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iulian Buciu took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Romulo Jon. Corneliu Vulpăşin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elvio Rainerio's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Unicorns ™ had won after a very even match.
