After some careless play in the FLA MQ BRASIL defense, Válbson Paiva kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joel Aguiar. The FLA MQ BRASIL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joel Aguiar should have stopped the shot. Joel Aguiar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Válbson Paiva in the 7th minute of the match. The supporters of FLA MQ BRASIL booed when Cadu Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodoro Lago didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Válbson Paiva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joel Aguiar was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Válbson Paiva might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joel Aguiar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Válbson Paiva ran back to his position shaking his head. Joel Aguiar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Válbson Paiva in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute Mattias Downing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Aguiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Aguiar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mattias Downing in the 17th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Válbson Paiva ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joel Aguiar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Mattias Downing charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mattias Downing the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 25 played minutes Cadu Team got a freekick which was hit by Mattias Downing. In the 26th minute, Válbson Paiva ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joel Aguiar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Válbson Paiva blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joel Aguiar having to make a save. In the 30th minute Válbson Paiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Aguiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Cadu Team getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Teodoro Lago hit a great ball. Joel Aguiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Válbson Paiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Mattias Downing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute Válbson Paiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Aguiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Cadu Team were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

A collision led to Cadu Team getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Teodoro Lago hit a great ball. After having played for 58 minutes, Válbson Paiva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cadu Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Válbson Paiva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joel Aguiar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mattias Downing in the 59th minute of play. With a little luck, FLA MQ BRASIL's Joel Aguiar got control of the ball when Válbson Paiva tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 62nd minute Mattias Downing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Aguiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Aguiar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Válbson Paiva in the 64th minute of the match. After 68 minutes FLA MQ BRASIL's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Válbson Paiva who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Válbson Paiva got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Joel Aguiar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, FLA MQ BRASIL's Dito Fantini got a free kick in the 69th minute. Joel Aguiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mattias Downing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joel Aguiar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Válbson Paiva in the 74th minute. 76 minutes into the game, Válbson Paiva lined in a short shot 0-5 behind a frustrated Joel Aguiar. After 80 played minutes Mattias Downing rounded FLA MQ BRASIL's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when Válbson Paiva got free with Joel Aguiar in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The throw-in from Bernardo Rosado in the 85th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Cadu Team's Andre Barugh. In the 90th minute, Mazinho Barreto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in FLA MQ BRASIL's zone, Válbson Paiva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joel Aguiar came out of the goal and Válbson Paiva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Válbson Paiva in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joel Aguiar saved FLA MQ BRASIL from getting behind.
