The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Ege Kakisim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thanasis Koltsidas was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. GEOMATİC FK's Silviu Filip played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donzel Goyeneta in the 17th minute of play. Silviu Filip made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Carreira in the 19th minute of play. Thanasis Koltsidas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ege Kakisim in the 20th minute of the match. A collision led to GEOMATİC FK getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Baransel Selil hit a great ball. After 28 minutes, Aníbal Lima mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AEK S.C and the GEOMATİC FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 28 played minutes AEK S.C got a freekick which was hit by Aníbal Lima. Thanasis Koltsidas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GEOMATİC FK. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Thanasis Koltsidas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ege Kakisim in the 58th minute of the match. Kevin Carreira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Silviu Filip made a huge save. After a rather tough play, GEOMATİC FK's Chu Wen Le got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute, Chu Wen Le hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oğuz Kakisim blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thanasis Koltsidas having to make a save. AEK S.C made a substitution. Thalis Krommidas replaced Vaggelis Mitsiou. With a little luck, GEOMATİC FK's Silviu Filip got control of the ball when Thalis Krommidas tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Oğuz Kakisim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thanasis Koltsidas was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. AEK S.C's Marinos Sakalis was substituted for Sakis Tavlaridis. GEOMATİC FK made a substitution. Fevzi Turhan replaced Baransel Selil. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Donzel Goyeneta couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thalis Krommidas in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silviu Filip saved GEOMATİC FK from getting behind. Silviu Filip made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thalis Krommidas in the 94th minute of play. A collision led to AEK S.C getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Rodrigo Hats hit a great ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, GEOMATİC FK could leave the field as winners, despite AEK S.C having more of the ball for most of the match.
