A very good chance. 16 minutes into the match, Fusk&Bygg AB's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Kensicki came free, but Paul Tolsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paul Tolsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Román Olmedo in the 18th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ralf Sundin got free with Cãlin Damaschin in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrik Blanck in the 26th minute of play forced CERRO PORTEÑO's goalkeeper Cãlin Damaschin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paul Tolsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Román Olmedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute Edgar Kensicki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paul Tolsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abel Velasco during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Abel Velasco hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Jan Sigfridsson was slow to take the kick. During this time Fusk&Bygg AB's players had a chance to rest. A well done corner resulted in Benjamin Lekberg drilling the ball in to score 1-0 behind CERRO PORTEÑO's goalkeeper. CERRO PORTEÑO's 任棋振 was substituted for Moreno Martins. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis to strike the kick off in the second half. Patrik Blanck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Cãlin Damaschin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 59th match minute, CERRO PORTEÑO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis to maneuver through the defense. After 60 played minutes, Fusk&Bygg AB's Jan Sigfridsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cãlin Damaschin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. The supporters of CERRO PORTEÑO booed when Fusk&Bygg AB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bennvar Bonk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulo Maldini hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute, Rudy Lewis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paul Tolsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. In the 84thth minute of the game Fritz Kleen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CERRO PORTEÑO's Cãlin Damaschin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fusk&Bygg AB's Bennvar Bonk managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Eusebiu Cimpoi in the 91 minute of the game. Cãlin Damaschin came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Fusk&Bygg AB's Benjamin Lekberg. But to his dismay, Benjamin Lekberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 94th match minute, CERRO PORTEÑO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusebiu Cimpoi to maneuver through the defense.
