A nice corner shot did that Albert Balcan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Manol Skarlatov quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Manol Skarlatov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Majewski in the 19th minute of the match. Juan Luis Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Striner in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute ARAPONGAS were awarded a corner. Lee Pellandini went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on ARAPONGAS's corner Lee Pellandini fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Juan Luis Carneiro quite easily take care of the ball. 25 minutes into the match, ARAPONGAS's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Majewski came free, but Manol Skarlatov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Timon Gmür charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Timon Gmür the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to ARAPONGAS getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Timon Gmür hit a great ball. 32 minutes into the game, Damian Majewski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Manol Skarlatov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Damian Majewski might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Manol Skarlatov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Damian Majewski ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damian Majewski got free with Manol Skarlatov in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elvin Sexton came free in the 38th minute and tried to tip the ball over Manol Skarlatov, but to the joy of ARAPONGAS's supporters the ball went over. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damian Majewski in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manol Skarlatov saved ARAPONGAS from getting behind. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Damian Majewski to make the kick off. Manol Skarlatov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Damian Majewski's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by ARAPONGAS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Albert Balcan was slow to take the kick. During this time GÓRNIK PSZÓW's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of ARAPONGAS's goalie and right to Elvin Sexton. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. ARAPONGAS's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Damian Majewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. ARAPONGAS's Manol Skarlatov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Majewski in the 62nd minute of play. ARAPONGAS's Riccardo Uttiger was substituted for Gianni Hager. ARAPONGAS's Pirmin Schyder was substituted for Lucian Budulea. Pirmin Schyder made in the 72nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Lee Pellandini however managed to control. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastian Striner in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Luis Carneiro saved GÓRNIK PSZÓW from getting behind. 76 minutes into the match, GÓRNIK PSZÓW's goal looked a bit too open when Niels Eglin came free, but Juan Luis Carneiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Pirmin Schyder in the 84th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by GÓRNIK PSZÓW's Robert Siekierski. 86 minutes into the match, ARAPONGAS's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Majewski came free, but Manol Skarlatov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th match minute, ARAPONGAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ignaz Clementia to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Balcan in the 89th minute of play forced ARAPONGAS's goalkeeper Manol Skarlatov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
