Marcelo Baptista hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. A hard shot 33 in the game by German Cano from a close distance when the talented Jerônimo Maranhense managed to make a qualified save. Nitra FC's players were relieved. Basílio Xavier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan da Cunha in the 35th minute of the match. After 45 played minutes Fluminense di Parma got a freekick which was hit by Tiago Silva. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Fluminense di Parma's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gogo Eneko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Gogo Eneko took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Basílio Xavier to make any attempt to save it. Jonathan da Cunha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Basílio Xavier made a huge save. In the 94th minute, Williams Ferrari made a precise shot to the right of Basílio Xavier. Fluminense di Parma's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7.
