Húsares's Fabio Quintyn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorien Sévérac in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Didi Arantes in the 32nd minute of play forced Húsares's goalkeeper Fabio Quintyn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabio Quintyn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorien Sévérac in the 37th minute of play. Didi Arantes charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Didi Arantes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 39 minutes into the match, Húsares's Maksymilian Wydrych sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eladio Muro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 39 minutes into the game, Húsares's Maksymilian Wydrych nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eladio Muro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Eladio Muro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Ferran, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Húsares's Denis Mero was substituted for Ubaldo Kismi. Izar Irureta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabio Quintyn having to make a save. Thanks to some nice moves Didi Arantes could shoot a difficult shot in the 89th minute, which Fabio Quintyn however easily saved by the left post. 92 minutes into the game, Teobaldo Ibon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Eladio Muro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eladio Muro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobaldo Ibon in the 95th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched ACCAM eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
