A well-hit corner resulted in Iulian Nicorici heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Silviu Latarețu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 11thth minute, Baldomero Urbasa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Iosif Găman scored 1-0 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Baldomero Urbasa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 18th minute, Enzo Pelayo made a precise shot to the right of Iacob Povară. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Silviu Latarețu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Baldomero Urbasa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Iacob Povară showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Pelayo, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Silviu Latarețus short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Baldomero Urbasa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 36thth minute of the game Matias Dimas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Iacob Povară was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Enzo Pelayo hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The supporters of Santhiagos Feli Club booed when F.C CLUJ MEDICINA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Pancu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iulian Nicorici hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. If Matias Dimas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silviu Latarețu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Santhiagos Feli Club's Baldomero Urbasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iosif Găman in the 51st minute of play. After 57 minutes of play, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Iulian Nicorici made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Baldomero Urbasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Baldomero Urbasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silviu Latarețu in the 62nd minute of play. Baldomero Urbasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silviu Latarețu's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. With a little luck, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Iacob Povară got control of the ball when Gustavo Bou tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Iosif Găman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gheorghe Bociort took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baldomero Urbasa. Baldomero Urbasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Santhiagos Feli Club's Baldomero Urbasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisc Ciocoiu in the 93rd minute of play. 4-2 became the score in the 94th minute when Francisc Ciocoiu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Santhiagos Feli Club's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
