Daniel Hanot came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Joinville City - FSCMZ's Geovanildo Luis. But to his dismay, Geovanildo Luis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Geovanildo Luis might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Daniel Hanot. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Geovanildo Luis ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 12th minute Geovanildo Luis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Hanot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Geovanildo Luis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Daniel Hanot was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovanildo Luis in the 20th minute of play forced Furia Calamar's goalkeeper Daniel Hanot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Geovanildo Luis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Daniel Hanot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovanildo Luis in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Joinville City - FSCMZ's Geovanildo Luis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Daniel Hanot narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Haji Sarap showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everardo Blasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Haji Sarap took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Everardo Blasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the match, Joinville City - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Celedonio Sadurni came free, but Haji Sarap reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35thth minute of the game Geovanildo Luis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Furia Calamar's Daniel Hanot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Furia Calamar's goalkeeper Daniel Hanot, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 46th minute Geovanildo Luis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Hanot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Everardo Blasco to make the kick off. Conrado Savion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haji Sarap having to interfere. In the 53rd match minute, Joinville City - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mbaka N'Diaye to maneuver through the defense. Geovanildo Luis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniel Hanot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Joinville City - FSCMZ were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Furia Calamar's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Henrique Camargo took the corner. Kaido Saia lost his temper 59 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 58 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Furia Calamar! 61 minutes into the match, Geovanildo Luis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniel Hanot. Furia Calamar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Geovanildo Luis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Joinville City - FSCMZ made a substitution. Cássio de Andrade replaced João Francisco Arce. Furia Calamar made a substitution. Diego Sadurni replaced Clemente Johans. Furia Calamar's Malcolm Hellqvist was substituted for Benicio Gipuzkoa. Joinville City - FSCMZ's Adhemar Santos was substituted for Geovanildo Luis. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adhemar Santos in the 74th minute of play forced Furia Calamar's goalkeeper Daniel Hanot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute Joinville City - FSCMZ were awarded a corner. Henrique Camargo went to the cornerflag to take it. Adhemar Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th match minute, Furia Calamar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gong Ning Hui to maneuver through the defense. 89 minutes into the match, Joinville City - FSCMZ's Henrique Camargo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Daniel Hanot narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horácio Abraão in the 92nd minute of play forced Furia Calamar's goalkeeper Daniel Hanot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute Cássio de Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Hanot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Hanot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adhemar Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Joinville City - FSCMZ were victorious despite being under pressure from Furia Calamar for much of the match.
