With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luis Vázquez in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Donato Foddis saved AC Collins from getting behind. AC Collins's Donato Foddis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Vázquez in the 12th minute of play. After 15 minutes of play, Atlético Argentino's Luis Vázquez made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Donato Foddis was left in no man's land by his defense there! 18 minutes into the match, Atlético Argentino's goalkeeper Raimundo Feliu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mel Önen. 21 minutes into the match, AC Collins's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Vázquez came free, but Donato Foddis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Vázquez in the 22nd minute of play forced AC Collins's goalkeeper Donato Foddis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 24 played minutes AC Collins got a freekick which was hit by Koko Mero. 30 minutes into the match, Luis Vázquez notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of AC Collins's Donato Foddis. Donato Foddis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 35 minutes into the match, AC Collins's goal looked a bit too open when Josemir Lujambio came free, but Donato Foddis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donato Foddis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luis Vázquez went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 41 minutes into the match, AC Collins's goal looked a bit too open when Josemir Lujambio came free, but Donato Foddis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donato Foddis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josemir Lujambio in the 42nd minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Atlético Argentino's Aldo Arce was substituted for Baldomero Hermon. When Bonifacio Guib got free in front of the goal in the 54th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Donato Foddis was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 57th minute of the match, Josemir Lujambio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Donato Foddis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 59th minute, Josemir Lujambio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético Argentino fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. 62 minutes into the match, AC Collins's goal looked a bit too open when Josemir Lujambio came free, but Donato Foddis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Ottavi in the 63rd minute of play forced Atlético Argentino's goalkeeper Raimundo Feliu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mel Önen charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mel Önen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mel Önen hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, AC Collins's Mel Önen got a free kick in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitor Tejedor in the 68th minute of play forced AC Collins's goalkeeper Donato Foddis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute, Vitor Tejedor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Donato Foddis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vitor Tejedor, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After some careless play in the AC Collins defense, Vitor Tejedor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Donato Foddis. The AC Collins fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Donato Foddis should have stopped the shot. In the 74th minute Carmine Oddi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Feliu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donato Foddis came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético Argentino's Josemir Lujambio. But to his dismay, Josemir Lujambio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. 78 minutes into the match, AC Collins's goal looked a bit too open when Josemir Lujambio came free, but Donato Foddis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute Mel Önen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Feliu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitor Tejedor in the 84th minute of play forced AC Collins's goalkeeper Donato Foddis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Vitor Tejedor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Donato Foddis was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. In the 89th minute of the match, Luis Vázquez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Donato Foddis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Luis Vázquez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Donato Foddis made a huge save. In the 92nd match minute, AC Collins was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mel Önen to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute, Yang Sang Yang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donato Foddis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josemir Lujambio in the 95th minute of the match. When Vitor Tejedor in the 97th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Donato Foddis kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-7 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. The AC Collins supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Atlético Argentino's performance. The match ended with a win for Atlético Argentino.
