FC Snipers's Emanuel Brandin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Oliviero in the 12th minute of play. FC Snipers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guido Olentzaro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Guido Olentzaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Emanuel Brandin made a huge save. In the 24th minute, Tomas Oliviero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grütly fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Emanuel Brandin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guido Olentzaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Emanuel Brandin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 42 minutes into the game, Honorio Torres was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grütly's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Snipers the free kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Oliviero to strike the kick off in the second half.
