The supporters of BOLDOG MADRIDISTÁK booed when Aveiro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egídio Sarmento didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Modesto Zuasnabar put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Gil Gouveia. Sirod Rayadi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaspar Linhares in the 11th minute of play. In the 14th minute of the match BOLDOG MADRIDISTÁK got a corner. Aveiro FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Resulhan Atlas ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Modesto Zuasnabar in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gil Gouveia saved Aveiro FC from getting behind. After taking down the ball on BOLDOG MADRIDISTÁK's corner Modesto Zuasnabar fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gil Gouveia quite easily take care of the ball. In the 22nd minute of the match BOLDOG MADRIDISTÁK got a corner. Aveiro FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Resulhan Atlas ran over to the corner to take the kick. Paulo Quintela tried in the game's 22nd match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Gil Gouveia. An annoying self made goal, 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Illés Gerencsér got free with Gil Gouveia in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Alex Sági had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, Aveiro FC's Gaspar Linhares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sirod Rayadi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sirod Rayadi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaspar Linhares, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Modesto Zuasnabar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 47 minutes, Illés Gerencsér managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BOLDOG MADRIDISTÁK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Illés Gerencsér was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gaspar Linhares to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Silvano Simões shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sirod Rayadi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Aveiro FC's goalkeeper Gil Gouveia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 54th match minute, Aveiro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiago Ventura to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Zuasnabar in the 56th minute of play forced Aveiro FC's goalkeeper Gil Gouveia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Aveiro FC's Gaspar Linhares got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Modesto Zuasnabar took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gil Gouveia. Gil Gouveia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. BOLDOG MADRIDISTÁK made a substitution. Aveiro FC's Gil Gouveia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Zuasnabar in the 82nd minute of play. Gil Gouveia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Illés Gerencsér, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of BOLDOG MADRIDISTÁK booed when Aveiro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Taveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gil Gouveia came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by BOLDOG MADRIDISTÁK's Illés Gerencsér. But to his dismay, Illés Gerencsér quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. There was no doubt that BOLDOG MADRIDISTÁK were the better team. BOLDOG MADRIDISTÁK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
