Filip Băncilă was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 11thth minute of the game Alfonso Vigil who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UFC STEAUA's Filip Băncilă was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Filip Băncilă was a little too slow when Alfonso Vigil got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 14th minute. The score was now 2-0. Filip Băncilă made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfonso Vigil in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind UFC STEAUA's goalkeeper Filip Băncilă, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Segundo Rencio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Segundo Rencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 26th minute of the game. One of UFC STEAUA:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Family siempre:s goal. In the 28th minute, Juss Anderson made a precise shot to the right of Filip Băncilă. UFC STEAUA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Alin Davidescu made in the 32nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Florin Arsenescu however managed to control. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind UFC STEAUA's goalkeeper Filip Băncilă, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Alfonso Vigil took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Filip Băncilă to make any attempt to save it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The wind increased when Segundo Rencio made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Family siempre's Alfonso Vigil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Filip Băncilă made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. If Alfonso Vigil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Segundo Rencio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Filip Băncilă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Alfonso Vigil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Filip Băncilă. UFC STEAUA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfonso Vigil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. After having played for 70 minutes, Segundo Rencio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Family siempre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Segundo Rencio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hermengildo Jobo got free with Hannan Hamdani in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 73 minutes into the game, Alfonso Vigil cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Filip Băncilă was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Alfonso Vigil managed to get in a good position for a shot. Family siempre's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfonso Vigil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filip Băncilă breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Family siempre's Alfonso Vigil got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind UFC STEAUA's goalkeeper Filip Băncilă, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Filip Băncilă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso Vigil in the 89th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Family siempre had played much better football throughout.
