El Lobo's Ramon Goyo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Berntzen in the 33rd minute of play. Λstral Villains FC were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after El Lobo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Leon Digre took the corner. The corner ended in Leon Digre almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but El Lobo's Ramon Goyo did a great save. 38 minutes into the match, Λstral Villains FC's Emil Berntzen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ramon Goyo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 77th minute Ceferino Ekhi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theo Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. El Lobo's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonas Santiago was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Theo Machado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. El Lobo's Ceferino Ekhi got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Although El Lobo had been in control for most of the match, Λstral Villains FC still came away with the win.
