Dan Gheară showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils Siöberg in the 6th minute of the match. In the 8th minute of the match C.A.JORGOVAN got a corner. Cosmos Soccer Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Venancio Gagriel ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Isidoro Honesto heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Jesse Shannon kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils Siöberg in the 13th minute of play forced Cosmos Soccer Club's goalkeeper Dan Gheară to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Cosmos Soccer Club's goal looked a bit too open when Nils Siöberg came free, but Dan Gheară reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nils Siöberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Dan Gheară tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dan Gheară showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Tello, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After 19 minutes Cosmos Soccer Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Venancio Gagriel who took care of the corner kick. The C.A.JORGOVAN fans' excitement grew in the 42nd match minute when C.A.JORGOVAN's Nils Siöberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ivan Ţopescu was the one to do the kick off. Cosmos Soccer Club's Dan Gheară proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Cosmos Soccer Club from getting a goal against them. After 52 played minutes Jonatan Tello rounded Cosmos Soccer Club's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. With a little luck, Cosmos Soccer Club's Dan Gheară got control of the ball when Jonatan Tello tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 67 played minutes Cosmos Soccer Club got a freekick which was hit by Waldo Bean. Pablo Lizzio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76th minute Pablo Lizzio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dan Gheară saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dan Gheară was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Venancio Gagriel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 77 minute of play. Venancio Gagriel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Dan Gheară tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Venancio Gagriel was slow to take the kick. During this time C.A.JORGOVAN's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on C.A.JORGOVAN's corner Pablo Lizzio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dan Gheară quite easily take care of the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cosmos Soccer Club fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 91st minute. Penalty! In the 93rd minute, Venancio Gagriel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gonzalo Hoya took the ball and in the 98 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dan Gheară. Dan Gheară dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. When the match was over C.A.JORGOVAN could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Cosmos Soccer Club throughout the match.
