In the 5th minute of the match, Axel Ree got a very nice opportunity to score, but George Smitt was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Axel Ree got free with George Smitt in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kristen Gulskov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yuri Tinoco in the 8th minute of the match. Joachim Mæhle hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. George Smitt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Axel Ree in the 16th minute. Axel Rees short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got George Smitt to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. George Smitt was a little too slow when Axel Ree got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 1-0. Mihăiţă Opriș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute, Axel Ree ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. George Smitt was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After having played for 47 minutes, Yuri Tinoco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paulopolis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yuri Tinoco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Axel Ree was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Axel Ree ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. George Smitt was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Kristen Gulskov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yuri Tinoco, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The audience was convinced that Axel Ree's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but George Smitt was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Axel Ree took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised George Smitt. George Smitt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Joélson Souza's late challenge caught a Monks in Robes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joélson Souza helped the player get up and apologised. After 68 played minutes Paulopolis got a freekick which was hit by Joélson Souza. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Ree in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck George Smitt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 76 minutes of play, Monks in Robes's Axel Ree made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. George Smitt was left in no man's land by his defense there! Monks in Robes made a substitution. Albinus Alking replaced Elo Altoft. 80 minutes into the match, Paulopolis's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Ree came free, but George Smitt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. George Smitt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Axel Ree went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. George Smitt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Ree, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Axel Ree sped through Paulopolis's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of George Smitt. George Smitt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Axel Ree's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. When the referee ended the match the Monks in Robes players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
