The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but János Kovács advanced and headed the ball into goal, 2-0 in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gabriel Fabelo to strike the kick off in the second half. Lars Bagge could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Péter Mészáros made a huge save. 56 minutes into the game, Csabagyöngye's Gabriel Fabelo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stellan Jonasson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Lajos Kárpáthy's late challenge caught a Idrottsklubben -03's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
