The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Constantin Potocianu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernán Torrejón, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvano Mercurio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rachid Baba Ali Factor in the 21st minute of play. In the 21st minute Rachid Baba Ali Factor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Mercurio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute of the game Faustino Orlo made a throw-in which Rachid Baba Ali Factor played forward. Silvano Mercurio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raimundo Erramu in the 25th minute. Stelios Tsilikas hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Silvano Mercurio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Salbatore, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Silvano Mercurio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Salbatore in the 29th minute of the match. After 31 played minutes Mapovihesa FC got a freekick which was hit by Raimundo Erramu. In the 39th minute, SiTomanBoy´s's Isaac Ibarbia seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Isaac Ibarbia the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of SiTomanBoy´s protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Isaac Ibarbia had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee gave Mapovihesa FC a penalty, 40 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Morjan Al Ateqi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of SiTomanBoy´s's Silvano Mercurio. 1-0. Calvin Bessone hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the match, Mapovihesa FC's Morjan Al Ateqi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Silvano Mercurio narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
