In the 3rd minute Georg Karlsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Carrizo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Georg Karlsson took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adolfo Carrizo. Adolfo Carrizo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 9th minute, Sonny Berggren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saúl Gentiletti in the 11th minute of play forced AC Papaya's goalkeeper Sigvard Edström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute FC Žalia Giria were awarded a corner. Jack Grealish went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 13th minute, Oliver Eriksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Saúl Gentiletti in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sigvard Edström saved AC Papaya from getting behind. Georg Karlsson scored 0-2 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adolfo Carrizo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Georg Karlsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adolfo Carrizo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Georg Karlsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Adolfo Carrizo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th match minute, AC Papaya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oliver Eriksson to maneuver through the defense. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by AC Papaya's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jack Grealish was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Žalia Giria's players had a chance to rest. Jack Grealish made a great header on FC Žalia Giria's corner, it was just that AC Papaya's Sigvard Edström managed to reach the ball for a save. FC Žalia Giria's Ramūnas Lipskis was substituted for Hikmet Lebib. Adolfo Carrizo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Georg Karlsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. AC Papaya were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after FC Žalia Giria's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Vilhelm Falkrans took the corner. After taking down the ball on AC Papaya's corner Vilhelm Falkrans fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Adolfo Carrizo quite easily take care of the ball. Onur Ali Semi kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Jonas Isaksson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Adolfo Carrizo made a huge save. Georg Karlsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adolfo Carrizo having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Georg Karlsson got free with Adolfo Carrizo in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of AC Papaya booed when FC Žalia Giria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgaras Žiemelis didn't get a good kick on the ball. The corner ended in Vilhelm Falkrans almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Žalia Giria's Adolfo Carrizo did a great save. AC Papaya's Georg Karlsson got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC Žalia Giria's Titas Rapalis was substituted for Jack Grealish. Georg Karlsson scored 0-4 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adolfo Carrizo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 87 minutes into the game, Björn Ekström threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Žalia Giria's Avram Lupoaia quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 91 minutes into the match, AC Papaya's Georg Karlsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adolfo Carrizo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vytautas Petkus took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sigvard Edström. AC Papaya's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The AC Papaya supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing AC Papaya would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
