After some careless play in the Mans defense, Victorino Frasco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erdinç Yalgın. The Mans fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erdinç Yalgın should have stopped the shot. A collision led to C.A. Caminiaga getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Delmar Nesto hit a great ball. In the 24th minute of the match Eusébio Cosme sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hemming Tjørnum skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Su Xiang Lin in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hemming Tjørnum saved C.A. Caminiaga from getting behind. Hemming Tjørnum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Côme Collet, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 33 minutes into the match, C.A. Caminiaga's goal looked a bit too open when Su Xiang Lin came free, but Hemming Tjørnum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eduardo Tuzzio during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victorino Frasco got free with Erdinç Yalgın in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hemming Tjørnum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusébio Cosme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Mans were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

50 minutes into the match, Mans's Côme Collet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hemming Tjørnum narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 53 minutes C.A. Caminiaga's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eusébio Cosme who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Mans's Léonard Beauchamp to fire away a dangerous shot which Hemming Tjørnum despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. But to his dismay, Su Xiang Lin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 62ndth minute of the game Su Xiang Lin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A. Caminiaga's Hemming Tjørnum was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Su Xiang Lin sped through C.A. Caminiaga's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hemming Tjørnum. In the 76thth minute of the game Su Xiang Lin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A. Caminiaga's Hemming Tjørnum was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mans's Erdinç Yalgın played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorino Frasco in the 77th minute of play.
