An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezary Wejta in the 7th minute of play forced Guldsmedshyttan IK's goalkeeper Magne Ahlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Magne Ahlberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeusz Tokarczyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucjan Laba in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Magne Ahlberg saved Guldsmedshyttan IK from getting behind. In the 13th minute Aron Apelqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Kostrzewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Magne Ahlberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cezary Wejta's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Guldsmedshyttan IK's Jonathan Sandberg quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Tomas Termander, made in the 52nd minute of the game. After 54 played minutes Guldsmedshyttan IK got a freekick which was hit by Evert Pettersson. Magne Ahlberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konstanty Mockiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, FK Husaria Bielsko-Biala's Tomas Termander got a free kick in the 64th minute. The supporters of Guldsmedshyttan IK booed when FK Husaria Bielsko-Biala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cezary Wejta got free with Magne Ahlberg in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FK Husaria Bielsko-Biala walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
