The referee felt a red card was in order, 6 minutes into the game, when Pavel Alexandru put in a rough tackle. 9 minutes into the match, Raureni Academy's goalkeeper Mădălin Lunca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wieslaw Bykowski. After 10 played minutes Raureni Academy got a freekick which was hit by Ionel Cârneci. Mădălin Lunca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvar Nordgren in the 16th minute of play. After 92 played minutes Raureni Academy got a freekick which was hit by Cristinel Tomozei. 94 minutes into the match, Matti Erkiner notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Raureni Academy's Mădălin Lunca. Mădălin Lunca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
