Wei Shu Gang might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edvin van der Sar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wei Shu Gang ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience cheered when Wei Shu Gang's long shot passed Edvin van der Sar's right side. It was 3-0, 97 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Grêmio Bulls had played much better football throughout.
