Dráuzio Pontes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Simon Mignolet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Eliseo Cefero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jannic Roukeloes, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. The Free Julian Assange! fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when Free Julian Assange!'s Jannic Roukeloes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Eliseo Cefero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Simon Matthieu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute, Falconara Albanese's Dráuzio Pontes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Simon Mignolet. Simon Mignolet yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Free Julian Assange!'s Tom Araya managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Kenan Bozdoğan in the 18 minute of the game. A throw-in in the 19th minute of the game was made by Kenan Bozdoğan with Dráuzio Pontes as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Simon Mignolet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dráuzio Pontes in the 26th minute of the match. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Free Julian Assange!'s goalie and right to Wawrzyniec Knopek. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Free Julian Assange!'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Free Julian Assange!'s Simon Mignolet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dráuzio Pontes in the 32nd minute of play. Falconara Albanese's Arsenio Eufrasio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Simon Mignolet in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Eliseo Cefero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jannic Roukeloes, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dráuzio Pontes to strike the kick off in the second half. When Rigoberto Muc fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Falconara Albanese's protests and gave Rigoberto Muc a yellow card for diving instead. 52 minutes into the game, one of Falconara Albanese:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Eliseo Cefero had in the 54thth minute some difficulties stopping Frans Raymaekers's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Free Julian Assange!'s Daniël Boffin was substituted for Tom Araya. Simon Mignolet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dráuzio Pontes, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Free Julian Assange!'s Simon Mignolet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dráuzio Pontes in the 63rd minute of play. Falconara Albanese's Eliseo Cefero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Falconara Albanese from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Free Julian Assange!'s zone, Dráuzio Pontes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simon Mignolet came out of the goal and Dráuzio Pontes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Free Julian Assange!'s Refael Vanden Bossche was substituted for Alexander Björnsson. Falconara Albanese's Kaarlo Menem was substituted for Fulgencio Quico. Free Julian Assange! made a substitution. Stijn Verdonckt replaced Jan-Simon Matthieu. In the 73rd minute, Free Julian Assange!'s Jannic Roukeloes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. In the 77th minute Martin Goren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Mignolet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniël Boffin hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Falconara Albanese's Eliseo Cefero got control of the ball when Jannic Roukeloes tried to sneak it across the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Free Julian Assange!'s goal looked a bit too open when Honorio Firman came free, but Simon Mignolet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kaarlo Menem took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Simon Mignolet. Simon Mignolet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
