The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Green Hell F.C.'s Fernando Prassov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Quijada in the 4th minute of play. Christian Oporto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Vieri, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. The Green Hell F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Green Hell F.C.'s Christian Vieri looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Fernando Prassov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vanyo Gavazki in the 14th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Vieri in the 16th minute of play forced GATE's goalkeeper Christian Oporto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Oporto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Vieri in the 16th minute of play. Fernando Prassov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Quijada in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Vieri in the 20th minute of play forced GATE's goalkeeper Christian Oporto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Gaitan Melic hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Green Hell F.C. booed when GATE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vanyo Gavazki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christian Vieri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christian Oporto having to make a save. Svetoslav Legomanov got a throw-in 30 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ignat Kyushev. In the 32nd minute of the game Rostislav Kishkilov made a throw-in which Vanyo Gavazki played forward. GATE's Christian Oporto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Vieri in the 37th minute of play. After 39 minutes GATE's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gaitan Melic who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Gaitan Melic got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Christian Oporto quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christian Vieri in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christian Oporto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 46th match minute, GATE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Svetoslav Legomanov to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christian Vieri was the one to do the kick off. Christian Vieri in the 51stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Christian Oporto, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Green Hell F.C.'s Christian Vieri slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Christian Oporto. That made the score 0-3 after 54 minutes of play. In the 58th minute, Christian Vieri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Green Hell F.C. getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Christian Vieri hit a great ball. In the 67th minute Christian Vieri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Oporto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 77 played minutes GATE got a freekick which was hit by Svetoslav Legomanov. Fernando Prassov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zlatan Dyulgerov in the 79th minute of play. Christian Vieri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Christian Vieri was extremely unlucky when he, in the 87th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Christian Vieri took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Christian Oporto to make any attempt to save it. Christian Oporto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Vieri in the 94th minute of the match. Green Hell F.C. were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after GATE's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gaitan Melic took the corner. The corner led Green Hell F.C.'s Christian Vieri to a score. 0-5 in the 96th minute. When the final whistle sounded Green Hell F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than GATE.
