The wind increased when Bernabe Rojas made the kick off in the second half. Adolfo Adrio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Illan in the 52nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Melquiades Galtero in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck John Locke prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Nereo Argina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Ermano scored 2-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of John Locke, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Araz Älişov received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Adolfo Adrio came out and tried to block the shot, but Araz Älişov slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 62nd minute. Robustiano Lico's late challenge caught a Deportivo Juventud FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robustiano Lico helped the player get up and apologised. John Locke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 0 descensos. After 87 minutes, Antonio Bertran mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Juventud FC and the 0 descensos players grew even worse after the yellow card.
